AUTO COVERAGE An automobile insurance policy protects your financial interests in your vehicle and your liability to others. We offer a variety of coverage’s based on your specific needs. Discounts may be available for the following: • Good Driving Record • Driving a Safe Car • Good Student Credit (3.0 or B) • Students that take driver’s training • Low annual mileage • Multiple cars with same insurance company • Having multiple policies with the same insurance company • Airbags and anti-lock brakes HOMEOWNERS COVERAGE A home is more than just a place to live, it’s an investment. Your homeowner’s insurance policy is the most reliable method of protecting this investment. Your homeowner’s policy responds if you suffer from damage to your home, or if you become legally liable to another party. FLOOD DISASTER Did you know that flood damage is not included in any standard homeowner’s policy? We can offer you special flood insurance through one of our highly respected companies. RENTERS/CONDO COVERAGE Even if you rent, a mishap can result in a loss of personal property or a lawsuit. Renting an apartment or house is no different than owning a home. You could still face the cost of repairing or replacing personal property in the event of fire, theft, wind and other hazards. The condominium owner’s policy covers only the personal property of the insured. There is no insurance on the building since the Condo Association carries this coverage on a master policy for all property owned in common by the owners of the units. BOATS & PERSONAL WATERCRAFT The ownership of boats, yachts and personal watercraft such as jet-skis creates exposure to financial loss. Protection from these exposures is available in a variety of ways. Coverage can be added to your homeowner’s policy, or you can purchase a separate boat or yacht policy. Insurance needs for boat owners include protection for the boat, motor, trailer and equipment as well as watercraft liability, medical expense and uninsured boater’s coverage. RVs/TRAVEL TRAILERS Recreational vehicle owners need the same protection as automobile drivers. The same types of coverage’s are available including Bodily Injury Liability, Property Damage Liability, Passenger Accident, Uninsured Motorists, Collision coverage and Personal Property. MOTORCYCLE/ATV We also offer a range of coverage’s including Liability, Comprehensive and Uninsured Motorists for your motorcycle and ATV. We can quote a rate for almost every risk. UMBRELLA LIABILITY This policy provides protection against catastrophic liability claims. The policy acts as an excess coverage over your primary liability policies.
