Did you know that flood damage is not included in any standard homeowner’s policy? We can offer you special flood insurance through one of our highly respected companies.

RENTERS/CONDO COVERAGE

Even if you rent, a mishap can result in a loss of personal property or a lawsuit. Renting an apartment or house is no different than owning a home. You could still face the cost of repairing or replacing personal property in the event of fire, theft, wind and other hazards.

The condominium owner’s policy covers only the personal property of the insured. There is no insurance on the building since the Condo Association carries this coverage on a master policy for all property owned in common by the owners of the units.
